Needed a @BeeNetwork @BerylBikes from green quarter this morning for a joined up journey - sadly all stations empty. Can’t promote sustainable modal change of no confidence bikes will be available 😢

@northernassist on the 08:12 from Salford crescent to Blackpool, front carriages. The outside button for the door to the disabled/bike area doesn’t work. Tweeting in case the guard doesn’t come down.

At least it’s a service on nice new trains with plenty of room and cycle spaces. Oh, no it isn’t 🙄

My peak return fare on @northernassist Mcr to Bolton has gone by more since 2021 (£1.50) than it costs to park for at day at my work (£1.40) which has gone up 20p since 2017. £8.70 is ridiculous for 10 mins. We are being ripped off royally. @BeeNetwork @AndyBurnhamGM

.@BeeNetwork @BerylBikes I appreciate anyone on the edge of the zone would want it extending, but genuinely think excluding @WalkRideM32 Stretford town centre is a real missed opportunity - especially trips to/from Chorlton and for Gorse Hill/OT residents to access the Mall.

I accept living next to @ManUtd there will be disruption, but why @TraffordCouncil do we have to tolerate stalls (and their pavement parked vans) selling tat blocking the pavement all day. I don’t appreciate having to walk my children in the busy road 🤬 @WalkRideGM

Understand the difficult decision for @northernassist to close #Deansgate if approaches dangerous…but ridiculous booting us off the platform just as our train arrives 🤬 (thereby forcing us to walk back down the dangerous paths around the station 🙄)

Kid’s swimming lesson helpfully text every time there is road disruption near the pool. It is city centre, served by buses, trams and good cycle routes. They never text when public transport disruption, or when building work or events block the cycle rack 🙄 #carbrain
