Named Firefighter of the Year + promoted to lieutenant while R*ping her. Dalton Joe McCaslin charged with 3 counts R*pe of a child and admitted to r*ping her at his apartment. Joshua Todd Ryals charged with 2 counts indecency with a child and admitted to touching her at the station. Named Paramedic of the Year by Melissa FD while it was happening. Texas Rangers had to take over the investigation. All three arrested March 26.
