King Kamehameha 3rd Elementary School burnt in the Lahaina tragic fire. All of the buildings on Front Street were destroyed. A town demolished in 4 hours and hopes and dreams with it. Much aroha to the people of Lahaina and Maui.

This is surely a democratic and inclusive style of leadership, which should make a difference to the way schools are led. Imagine everyone listening and 'hearing' what is being promoted and then 'offering' ideas rather than decreeing the way things will be.
