@sandraketchen I will not give up until you help and please don't send me back to the office. You need to find out why your PSWs refuse to work on Friday night, Saturdays and Sundays. My body works 24/7 it doesn't take a vacation. I can't stress enough how much I need help

@sandraketchen Please help me! I have been a client for over 10 years and I have home care every day except your company can't find 1 PSW for Friday evenings. I am bedridden and left alone for 15 hours! I wake up soaking wet in my urine. No one cares. Will you PLEASE help?!

@SFdirewolf, it was never a competition and it was never intended one. Our situations suck and people need to know that a 2 hour wait is nothing especially for the PSW companies -frankly that's why no one gives a shit - pardon me. So sorry you experienced that horror 😢

@anniewiz This is patient abandonment and neglect of a dependent adult, which is a crime. Many of us fire no-show PCAs instantly and file APS or police reports if we were harmed. That's the kind of warrior Alice is too. Do not suggest that she should put up with abuse just because you do.

Sorry Alice, but it's not uncommon for me to lie in my poop for up to 8 hours or longer and have missed many meals because the staff didn't call in or scheduling didn't bother to call and let me know. #shameful

@GlittersGarden I didn't mean it as condensing, but I can't help the way you interpreted it and that's not my problem. I am a genuinely kind and empathic person who's had CP since birth and now I'm stuck in bed getting crappy service. Unfortunately Alice and others too continue to suffer

@anniewiz ⚔️ Ann, how is this helpful? Why not simply say "that sucks, I know from personal experience" and leave it at that? Why include the condescending "but it's not uncommon for me to wait even longer?"
