I know I've been quiet for these past few months. So here's an update. TLDR: I've stopped trading (for the foreseeable future) and put all my focus into building YT faceless channels. I quit my job late 2024 to go all-in into trading for the goal of being self sufficient. At that point I had been learning about MTC for about 6 months, and trading for about 3. I was hoping that by the end of 2025, I could turn trading into a full-time gig. But quitting my job wasn't enough, I needed more stakes, I need some fire up my ass. I needed to burn the boats. Create artificial pressure for myself to succeed. I had saved almost enough to cover my living expenses for 1 year. I didn't even have enough money for the flight back. So I packed my bags booked a 1 way ticket, left my friends and family, moved to a country that I knew no one, did not speak the language, and had no idea what to expect. But I was committed to one goal, by the end of 2025 I will never ever have to rely on an employer ever again. I wanted 0 excuses. I convinced myself that If I was to rid of all distractions, if I failed, the only person to blame would be me and no one else. But as 2025 went by, every day I was slowly met with the realization that with my working capital, and the amount of the time, and the amount of experience that I currently have, I would not achieve that goal with trading as the vehicle (also coupled with the fact that I truly truly did not enjoy staring at charts 24/7, but that's a whole other story we don't have to get into right now) So instead of giving up, calling it quits. I took a few weeks break, used the time to reset, re-evaluate my values. What I truly want out of my life. Then I pivoted. I went back to what I knew best, content creation, I had been doing it since I was 12. It was finally time that I stopped working for other people and use what I knew to build something for myself. "If you don't know what to do, use what you know first" and a very wise man once said "Plan fail, change plan, never change the goal" I can safely say that after 3 months of working on my YT channel, I will never have to ever consider having to call someone else my boss ever again in my life. I say all this to say that, although I will be no longer posting anymore content related to trading, I still am extremely grateful for the people I've met so far in this community, and the time that I spent learning MTC. But from now on I'll be only posting stuff about YT or general mindset stuff that pops up in my head like I've been doing sporadically. (feel free to unfollow if you don't want any non-trading content on your feed) No hard feelings.

YTA is perfect for lifestyle entrepreneurs and generating cash flow. If you are a true hustler and want to build something significant there are much better business models out there. The barrier to entry for YTA is very low and gaining a competitive edge is becoming harder and harder because of Ai tools. Vidrush enables people to generate videos with just a few clicks. You don't need any intelligence or skills for it. Once you understand YouTube as a platform (which is relatively easy) then you can just mass produce with a few VA's. Before ai, your competitive edge was your ability to manage a big team effectively. With the introduction of ai, that competitive edge is completely gone. The only real play for ambitious entrepreneurs is milk YTA for as much money as possible and then pivot into better business models: SaaS, eCommerce etc. In these business models your intelligence, your ability to work hard and business skills actually matter.

i tested Gemini 3 for a few hours and it's a good writing model, but... looks a LOT like ChatGPT. same patterns, same buzzwords, same everything (it suffers from the "ChatGPT accent") it does follow instructions well though... you can clean it up and get solid copy, SEO articles, linkedin posts it made me realize something about Kimi K2 - that thing produces natural, unique style with dead-simple prompts and almost no refining very impressive

after testing like 30 different AI writing setups, i keep coming back to this: Kimi K2 in Typingmind projects for organization, knowledge bases for memory, custom agents for personality... everything just clicks the output quality is consistently better than anything else i've used - which surprised me, tbh i thought i'd need multiple models for different tasks, but this one setup handles 90% of my writing and yeah, when Gemini 3.0 drops i'll test that too, but i have a feeling Kimi K2 is gonna be the one to beat it's that good already
