Ordered dinner on Swiggy, it showed up after 90+ minutes 🙂 Spent that entire time fighting a bot that wouldn’t even let me talk to a real person. And then support casually asking “what’s the issue?” like this is totally fine?? I usually rely on food apps because my schedule is packed, but so done with this!!!
