Proof of concept of 360° "fisheye projection" in DXX-Rebirth. The last few pieces, mainly about frame buffers and texture buffer initialization, eluded me for quite some time. Now: refactor, cleanup etc.

@mast4461 @DescentRebirth wow neat—panini may not look good with roll, since it assumes a constant horizon to keep vertical lines perpendicular against. I’d recommend the curved projections here:
