According to the Oregon SOS site the number of ballots counted was: 970,641 Total votes for governor Democrat: 349,207 Total votes for governor Republican: 340,454 Total of those two: 689,661 The difference is: 281,920 Do you believe 281,920 people did not vote in the governor primary? This is a very large number of people. Who gets a ballot, fills out US, state, and local reps but doesn't vote for governor? Part of the transparency problem is the number of ballots received for each party. We know total ballots received we will never know how that is split into each party. It should be on the main site for everyone to see. I am going to find the spreadsheet they normally publish after elections and look at those totals to find how many from each party was received.
