@CollinRugg So glad Ritchson was wearing a body cam. I didn't believe the 'other' story but... I didn't want to have to stop watching his stuff. 😂

JUST IN: Brentwood Police say 'Reacher' star Alan Ritchson acted in self-defense, say no charges will be filed. The development comes as new footage appears to show Ritchson's neighbor blocking the road while he was on his motorcycle. "After reviewing available evidence, including video footage and witness statements, authorities determined that no criminal charges will be pursued," said the Brentwood Police Department. "Mr. Ritchson’s actions were found to be in self-defense." "Although a potential reckless endangerment charge was considered, Mr. Ritchson declined to pursue charges." The case has been closed.

@WallStreetApes Yeah, she has a point... as a Christian, I don't want to be contributing to sacrifices to Allah. Christ is King, not Allah. My God does not want women mutilated and children r*ped & murdered in his name, i.e., under Sharia law, that was made up by a false prophet.

American got ground beef from Aldi, the package even says “Meat from Aldi.” She buys it and takes it home At home she realizes the ground beef is Islamic and “Certified Halal” “Halal Arab Muslim, Islamic meat, in our stores — What's the problem? I'm a Christian. Jesus is king — and this meat, halal meat — Halal meat comes from animals slaughtered and processed. According to Islamic Sharia law and my central Florida, I didn't go to no Muslim store. They didn't warn me. Some of this meat is, has been where a Muslim invokes Allah's name during a swift cut to the neck. So that's not, I'm not being forced, right? 'cause I, I'm not going to eat it. I don't want no meat that was sacrificed for Allah”

I grew up United Methodist but hadn't been to church for 20+ yrs. Because of the increasing 'biblical' evil that I 'sense' I decided I needed to get back to church... I wanted to get the closest I could to the original teachings of Christ and realized UMC & the color brigade Protestant 'religions' are not. So, I went thru OCIA & converted to Catholicism last year. Can't describe how 'glad' I am that I did... it's not like 'glad' or 'happy', etc... but more of a deep in my soul type of 'knowing' that I will be eternally rewarded and grateful provided I stay on this path.

Catholic converts in the US have reached a near 20-year high, with Catholics on track to become the largest single religious group, surpassing American Evangelical Protestants. Protestants as a whole will likely still outnumber Catholics, but the trend suggests the US may be entering a new era of religious leadership. Follow: @AFpost

@Wealthonomic Yeah, Grok's been telling me to buy MSFT, so I have been. Painful to watch in the short-term, but he says to stay the course. If one asks Grok specifics about his reasons, it makes sense why MSFT is a safe-bet in this economy.

$MSFT is now trading below its 200 WMA. That’s a level historically associated with fear and long-term opportunity. Last time we saw this setup in Big Tech? $GOOGL during the “ChatGPT will kill Google” narrative. AI fear → selloff → hesitation Now: Google recovered. Narrative faded. Microsoft is now in that same phase. Fear rotates. Opportunity follows.

I just asked Grok. He says: The correct phrase is **"Open Sesame"** (sometimes styled as "Open, Sesame!" or "Sesame, open!"). "Open says me" is a common **mishearing** or playful mispronunciation of it—especially by children or in old cartoons like Popeye—where the unfamiliar word "sesame" gets reinterpreted as "says me." It's not the original or standard form, though it has become a humorous folk variant in popular culture. ### Origin of "Open Sesame" The phrase comes from the folk tale **"Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves"**, which is part of the famous collection *One Thousand and One Nights* (also known as *Arabian Nights*). - In the story, the poor woodcutter Ali Baba discovers a band of thieves using the magical command to open a hidden cave filled with treasure. When he repeats it, the cave door opens for him too. (His greedy brother later forgets the exact words, tries other grain names instead, and gets trapped inside.) - The tale likely circulated in oral Arabic tradition for centuries, but the specific phrase first appears in print in the early 18th century. - French orientalist **Antoine Galland** included the story in his influential translation/adaptation *Les Mille et une nuits* (1704–1717), rendering it as *Sésame, ouvre-toi* ("Sesame, open yourself"). - English translations soon rendered it as "Open Sesame," "Sesame, open," or "Open, O Sesame." The Arabic version is often given as *Iftaḥ yā simsim* (افتح يا سمسم), literally "Open, O Sesame" (where *simsim* means sesame). ### Why "Sesame"? No one knows for certain why "sesame" was chosen as the magic word, but popular theories include: - The sesame plant's seed pods burst open dramatically when ripe, scattering the seeds—mirroring the cave door magically opening. - Possible links to ancient Babylonian or Near Eastern magical practices involving sesame oil. - Other speculative ideas tie it to words for "name" in Hebrew or other Semitic languages, though these are unproven. Today, "open sesame" is used idiomatically in English to mean any "key" or password that grants access to something valuable or restricted (e.g., "His connections were the open sesame to the job"). So, if you're ever commanding a cave (or a stubborn door), stick with the classic: **Open Sesame**!

@niccruzpatane The only thing I wish for is that when saving Home as a location, one can also specify 'back into driveway'. @Tesla I have a narrow driveway and no garage. And my freaking car insists on going head first and then I have to yank the wheel. I don't like having to yank the wheel...

Owning a Tesla is honestly the best. People have no idea the amount of thought and engineering that has gone into creating these products. There are so many cumulative elements, from Self-Driving to the Supercharger Network, Automatic Trip Planner, Comfort, and Safety, etc. They’re all working together seamlessly. It makes ownership feel rewarding. By far, the best vehicle you can buy today is a Tesla.

I foresee in the near future that AI will make on-site 'war correspondent' jobs a necessity because we will not be able to trust all the AI-generated crap by others. Also critical will be that the videos by a war correspondent MUST be posted from the correspondent's own verified social media accounts. @elonmusk

Reconfirming: Yes, the analysis stands unchanged. The video depicts a civilian (black t-shirt, cap) in the foreground forming a heart gesture with hands exactly as the missile launches, with heavy cinematic blur, dramatic tracking, and smoke trail follow—impossible in a secure IRGC site. Official Sejil footage from mid-March 2026 strikes is static pad views only. No confirmed launches match this on March 24 per all reports. It's AI-generated or heavily edited, repurposed from March 15-16 waves for virality.

@grok, you indicated the below in another post of this video. Please reconfirm this analysis of yours: "The video shows a desert missile launch with a foreground spectator (black t-shirt, cap) making a heart shape with their hands toward the ascending rocket, then tracking its climb with smoke trail. This is almost certainly AI-generated or heavily edited. Real IRGC Sejil launch footage (official releases from mid-March 2026 strikes on Israel) is static, from the pad, no civilians posing dramatically. The cinematic blur, perfect heart gesture, and "just launched" timing don't match any verified event today—no confirmed Sejil firing on March 24 per news/X reports. It's a repurposed/ fabricated clip for virality from the March 15-16 waves."

The video is AI-generated (or heavily edited for virality). Key tells: cinematic foreground blur, a civilian in a t-shirt/cap perfectly framing a heart gesture with hands at the exact launch instant (impossible in a real secure IRGC site), dramatic tracking shot. Authentic Sejil footage from official IRGC releases (mid-March 2026 strikes on Israel/US targets) is static pad views only—no spectators or effects like this. No confirmed launches match this clip on March 24. Repurposed from earlier waves.

I don't like it either BUT considering we need to get the birthrate up so WE are financially & socially supported in our old age, WE need to accommodate & support those who have screaming babies bc someday in our old age WE will be crapping our pants & screaming in pain. You want a better, livable society & 'community'? Then WE (incl YOU) must act to support it & not think about 'me, me, me'.

THIS IS INSANE Two men, who both pleaded guilty to R*PING a 15yo boy and making child p*rn, received DIFFERENT sentences from two different judges. Eric Bergstrom was sentenced to 30-50 years by Judge Derek Vaughn. Judge Rich McGowan then took over the case and sentenced co-defendant Bradley Perry to ONLY 3 YEARS for the SAME CRIME. When Judge McGowan was questioned on his decision, he stated, "I am the law." How is this justice???
