If you have provided evidence of identity documentation for your child that has been insufficient, you are then required to post us an accepted document instead. You can view our list of accepted documentation on our website 1/2
@nsandihelp Proof of identity for a children’s account was rejected and I am told there is no way to send a new link to upload a new POI, and I now have to send by post - is this true as it seems rather antiquated and precarious for a business operating in 2024?
