Gender ideology says I have to consider this person just as trans as I am. This is obvious nonsense, and I am not going to do it anymore. Actual transsexuals need to take back our medical condition and kick out the fetishists. I’ve spent a great deal of my adult life undergoing painful procedures to undo the damage of puberty so I can be myself. I find it deeply offensive someone can paint their fingernails and claim to be the same thing.

Imagine if Trump started freezing bank accounts of protesters. Imagine if Trump started taking away your private property rights. Imagine if Trump made bills that made religious texts illegal. Imagine if Trump had people debanked. Imagine if Trump blocked your access to independent news online and created bills that made many forms of speech punishable with fines and jail time. Imagine if Trump was using Americans pension funds and tax income to invest in his own companies and make himself a billionaire. Imagine if Trump was stealing a majority government right now with bribery. Canadians blindfolds on the issues happening HERE is abhorrent.

@brad_wms92 @farwell_WR Actually, this was plowed…MANY times this day. This is the reality of living in the country with blowing snow off the fields. The old way worked just fine. It’s the bin that’s the issue.

What I like most about the new cart-based system for waste collection in the region is that we took a system that was working well, and made it demonstrably worse.

@farwell_WR This is less than half my laneway. I pay more than $16k/yr in taxes at a farm rate and I’m on a well a septic. We’re expected to drag this bin a 1/4 km to the road and place it on no shoulder. I’m lucky I’m young(ish) and (somewhat)fit. Taxes are up, services down.

Prime Minister Carney continues to demonstrate a worrying trend: Running away from accountability and refusing to answer questions.   The PM, his Ministers and his officials continue to contradict themselves - on India and on Iran. And the PM refuses to clarify what the government’s position actually is.    On India, last week a Carney government official said India is no longer meddling and conducting foreign interference activities, transnational repression or violence in Canada. This week, CSIS said the opposite: That India is still one of the main perpetrators of foreign interference and espionage activities in Canada.   On Iran, last week Mr. Carney was unequivocal in supporting U.S. airstrikes against Iran when he said, “Canada supports the United States acting to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon and to prevent its regime from further threatening international peace and security.”   In contrast, Minister Anand said this week, “We prefer a diplomatic solution,” and "Canada believes in a diplomatic and peaceful solution.”    And Minister McGuinty managed to say both contradictory things at once: That the government supports the U.S. airstrikes and supports a ceasefire. “The Prime Minister and the government decided from the beginning of this that we would support this incursion. But we're also calling for a diplomatic end to it. We’d very much prefer to see peace and a ceasefire.”    The Prime Minister is avoiding the media and refuses to answer questions about the threats to the safety and security of Canadians and refuses to answer questions about Canada’s position in international affairs. This is deeply troubling.    As head of government, he has a special responsibility for national security and for the conduct of international relations. He needs to start answering questions.   #cdnpoli
