@ani_is_skinny focus on washing ur hair as well as u can mainly, get a long scrub brush to exfoliate but lay still, lay in the tub with the shower on for ur hair and just soak in soap and rinse, they also have exfoliating pads for the bottom of ur bathtub, other than that, bathing wipes.

@giganthicchuuya also, youre very young, your body is still growing and adapting, your best chances of recovery or even semi recovery is now. your body will accommodate intake fluctuations just fine. you should try your very best to increase what you can.

@giganthicchuuya metab days arent real, and ur metab doesnt just break. ur body will replenish glycogen when you eat more again so the scale will make it seem like uve gained prob double what u eventually do gain back, its just water n carb stores for energy

@anotherdaylater I was genuinely obese when I first started starving but I’ve had a year n a had long recovery since then and my ed relapse sw is like average and I feel larp saying high sw and average sw

@thinrotting i agree i do omad bc its the only way to prevent myself from going over my cals, but for some people its just unnecessary torture
