Having attended my inaugural Space X yesternight hosted by @amerix & @C_NyaKundiH here are my thoughts for future Space X engagements: 1. Set a clear Agenda and stick it 2. Have a balanced panel of key speakers representing opposing sides in the debate 3. Open plenary discussions after every few mins 4. Set time limits for each speaker - 3mins max at a time 5. Set clear start and finish timelines. No one has the time to listen to people ranting and raving all night! 6. Have a moderator. The host should not dominate the show in an endless monologue preaching to the converted 7. Social media following doesn't equate to substance and should not be a criteria for determining speakers' selection or airtime 8. Take a post event vote and have Resolutions passed at the forum 9. Let's not turn this important tool into a meaningless talkshop or an avenue for people to settle personal scores. 10. Stay focused and stick to main agenda. Avoid sideshows. We have one enemy and one objective #RutoMustGo
