@RuanCooper We’re waiting for the schools to buy it, but once it catches it will spread like wild fire. According to Lou in the sales department. Xx

@RuanCooper @writementor Wow, Ruth go girl! I mean I know you’re not a girly girl, but go woman, just doesn’t cut it. What an achievement and a very good excuse to meet up with Pavla and Luke and drink you under the table! Xx

Ok Aldi. You win. You made me ask. What exactly is Crane Battle Rope and what service does it provide to the residents of Glasgow?

@peelmrs Bloody hell the circular Trojan 600! This is a Greek myth of a man hole. Look at the labyrinth pattern on it, you could lose yourself in it. In fact it was withdrawn for that very reason; it led to too many pedestrians losing their minds.

@sargent65 It feels like children’s literature, including picture books has status through the children’s laureate etc. Maybe in our field you just have to be idiosyncratic and just do your own thing, a bit like Michael Rosen does with his work for children.

I’m 56, been working in theatre for 30+ years & today I proudly fit up a show for babies. I don’t want to “climb the greasy pole to get to run a major theatre” (with no disrespect to those who do!) - this, for me, is “what it means to be an artist and what creativity looks like”

Why do we assume that a show made for an adult audience is more important than theatre made for or with young people?, asks @lyngardner. Those who devalue children's theatre are cultural snobs who need to grow up bit.ly/3rGuEmb
