Well hello @O2 I just want to say what absolutely terrible customer service you have! We have sent our phone in for repair nearly a month ago! It has taken 5 hours of calls to get a phone sent back to us only to receive one that is locked to a private company and can’t be used!

The new update in @animalcrossing added a hotel, so naturally we sent one of our critics to check it out! Kapp'n be prepared, if there's no pillow chocolate, he will dock a star from the hotel rating...😱 ...and he's not paying extra bells for it either!💰
