If you’ve noticed I’ve been a little more quiet or distant or that I’ve lost weight, I’ve been under a tremendous amount of emotional stress and wasn’t going to share this publicly until my family felt it was time. It seems that time is now. My dad was recently diagnosed with Colon Cancer and will undergo surgery at the end of the month to remove it. Before that however, he has one final test that determines whether it has spread and how badly, if so. That test is this Thursday the 25th so if you can send my sweet daddy Fred all the love, prayers and good vibes…I would appreciate it more than you know ❤️

I forgot to take the before-pics but we had some tree work done today to cut out a lot of dead wood and raise the canopy. We took one whole tree down. I think it turned out great

I decided to start eating a little better exactly 6 months ago. Nothing too drastic, just better small habits. It's hard to notice but it's adding up. I've been dropping .85 lbs and .1% of body fat per week for 6 months now.
