Once again @bbclaurak prove their anti Israel stance. Why did they have a pro Palestinian speaker on her programme but not a pro Israeli spokesperson. The bbc need to realise that there are two sides to this conflict

What a shame and how one sided was @PepTeam speech at Manchester University. Guardiola seems to forget October 7th or the plight of the hostages. Let him speak to Hamas - it is they who started this war and don’t want to end it. Pep is a great manager but has let himself down

@Keir_Starmer is “dismayed” about the condition of hostage Eli Sharabi. Dismayed? - he should be outraged, and calling out Hamas for their disgusting and barbaric way in which they orchestrate the hostage release. Instead the UK continue to finance Hamas through UNWRA. Why ???

After registering a complaint with @British_Airways over a week ago, the status is still “we’ll review it as soon as we can”. I wonder how long that is ?

I cannot believe the incompetence of @LloydsBank After over 5 weeks of them trying to solve my problem of not being able to use internet banking, they have just told me it’s not yet been allocated to a complaints manager.

@LloydsBank Who are you suggesting I get in touch with. I have phoned in many times but nothing is done and despite promises being made, @LloydsBank never call back

@LloydsBank Do you actually understand? I keep getting in touch but nothing seems to be done. @LloydsBank don’t call me back, don’t answer emails and don’t sort out the problem. This is having a detrimental effect on my business. It’s disgraceful

@LloydsBank I have previously been told my complaints manager would call me back and I have been given her name. I have now just been told that it hasn’t been allocated. I have a complaints number

BEWARE if you book a flight with @eDreams - we did last October, the flight was cancelled but we still haven’t had a refund. @eDreams blame the airline but we booked through @eDreams. How long do we have to wait ?
