@Delta nice tactics. Figure I’ll give up instead of waiting 8 hrs 40 min which is the current est hold time. I won’t give up. Your gate agent was out of line by physically getting within 2” of my wife’s face while literally yelling at her & causing her plus my kids to be scared.

@Delta the amount of disrespect your gate agent just showed for my wife, 2 yr old, 4 yr old, & 71 yr old mother-in-law is unbelievable. How can an agent berate a mom with her kids, loudly, obnoxiously, in front of everyone & refuse to let them board with boarding passes in hand?

@Delta Your agent was literally 2 inches from my wife’s face YELLING at her and telling her to calm down as she’s crying, holding a 2 year old, has a 4 year old in the other hand and they’re scared.

@Delta the last 24 hrs have been the worst customer experience I’ve had in a long time. 1st I had a 5 hr delay. 2nd I was given the wrong info in your text app & then after 2 hrs simply abandoned by the agent. 3rd the airport ticketing counter was a mess & took more than an hour

The situation is Ukraine is more complicated than many realize. There are a good number of Russians living in the Ukraine that are elated to have Russian troops there - particularly in the Donbas region. Putin is not a madman, he has his own plan and ultimately may gain leverage.
