@rodemics my Wireless Go II transmitter do not fully charge, even when left charging for over a day. Is there a fix for this?

For video editors who use ChatGPT, I need help with a prompt. I want to give ChatGPT a selection of video transcripts, and then give it a full, unedited transcript. I want it to take that unedited transcript and give me an edited transcript similar to the examples.

@dieworkwear do you have a guide on how to style all-black outfits, both in a work-sense (but not a suit) and Sunday casual (while still being elevated)?

One hour of sponsorship flames from yours truly 👀👀👀

This conversation changed my approach to sponsorships. No one teaches sponsorship better than @justinmooretfam. He's personally earned $4M+ in brand deals and helps creators land their dream sponsorships every single day. He spent an hour going step-by-step through his process for landing brand deals, delivering a great experience, and getting sponsors to renew. @YouTubeLiaison I had a recent video start at 4 of 10, then over a few days dropped to 6 of 10, and a few weeks later it’s going amazing at 1 of 10. Any explanation how this happens? I’m not complaining, just curious with the okay-slow start, drop in interest, but then a resurgence of sorts.

@YouTubeLiaison @Syndicate Could you share some screenshots or a quick video how to pull this data up? I can’t seem to create this data, but this is something I’d love to look at!

Hi! What are you looking at that makes you think it didn't reach 50% of your regular audience? Have you checked traffic sources between that video and a higher-performing video? Checking browse > Sub feed can give you an idea how your core audience reacted the video. Checking browse > Home, especially after a week, can give you an idea how the casual audience reacted to the video Might be a thumbnail or title tweak is all it takes, but might also be a difference in appeal of the idea, or maybe your audience prefers family and this is more solo Comparing the metrics between videos can help!

My last vlog is one of my favourite videos I’ve ever posted, but for some reason YouTube just didn’t share it out to 50% of the regular audience and I just can’t wrap my head around why 🙃 @YouTubeLiaison would love to see your level headed take on this. There usually so much consistency with my channel and the videos I post, then to just have it all thrown out the window is so confusing 😅 But shout to everyone who just goes to the channel every weekday at 7pm! Y’all are legends!

@NicGranleese This would be great. Does the publication need to input any keywords on our end, or will the AI scan the publication and work it out?

The engine that matches BowerKits with Publications is getting a complete AI rebuild. Instead of doing dump category matching (House project = House publication), it reads your BowerKit and considers if its a good match for a publication. It's asks why? And it suggests improvements.

@justinmooretfam do you have any videos on your channel that talk about how to create a successful campaign and ensure a long-term partnership with the brand? Full disclosure: had a deal where I didn't get a single sign-up for the brand's service, so wanting to improve this.

@WallStreetSilv There is an awful morality to those who deliberately have no kids: they are effectively demanding that other people’s kids take care of them in their old age. That’s messed up.

‘’What books should I read to get better at YouTube?’’ The channels I work with do close to 10 billion views per year... and I get this question all the time. Here are 5 books I recommend to YouTubers + a key lesson from each. 1. Story Genius- Lisa Cron Key YouTube insight: The brain craves causality in storytelling Causality = the cause and effect relationship between the different things that happen in your videos. Don’t have random disconnected events in your timeline. Really try to view your videos story as domino pieces falling into each other to reveal the full picture. 2. Steve Jobs Biography - Walter Isaacson Key YouTube insight: Simple storytelling & editing is great storytelling & editing No one champions ‘’simplicity is key’’ more than the 🐐entrepreneur. The best videos on YouTube are often amazingly simple and easy to follow. Strip back complexity. 3. Zero to one - Peter Thiel Key YouTube insight: Create a ‘you’ monopoly on YouTube. Think outside the box of what you as a creator can do that will put you in a market of one. Lean heavily into your own unique perspectives and experience, don’t just imitate what's working. Casey Neistat, MrBeast, Ryan Trahan, Michelle Khare all created their own content monopoly. 4. The Adweek Handbook - Joseph Sugarman Key YouTube insight: Title writing = Copywriting So many of the tactics shared in this book are relevant to YouTube title writing: Urgency, negativity bias, authority bias etc. I used to be a copywriter and this book is the best of the best. 5. The E-myth revisited - Michael Gerber Key YouTube insight: Build a company, not just a channel YouTubers are usually pretty great visionaries and pretty poor managers. Changing the perspective from your channel being ''you'' to being a ''business'' and building systems to help you hire and delegate is a massive unlock. Go read them! I'll pick one person who likes and RTs and send them $100 so they can buy these 5 books :)

Audio for video is so easy now 😅 I forgot the mic volume was turned down on my camera when recording with a rode videomic shotgun so when you turn it up there's a ton of background noise In Resolve.. Voice Isolation + Dialogue leveler is all it needs. Sounds perfect now.
