@ChuckCook Just got my first Tesla (2023 MY) with a free month of FSD. Says v14.2.2.5. I've only done 6 or 8 drives with it (~6 hours total) but they've been flawless here in the Poconos of PA. No city driving, but towns and highways, and I never have to intervene.

After driving FSD 2026.2.9.10 for a few days, I can say it’s a solid build. It wasn’t the massive leap we were all hoping for with v14.3, but after listening to Elon on the earnings call, it’s clear the bar has moved to v15. If Robotaxi needs v15 for unsupervised capability at scale, that’s where the real secret sauce will show up. That said, we did see a pretty rough first version of the new disengagement feedback form. Credit to @Tesla_AI — they listened, iterated fast, and made it much better before pushing it wide. That kind of quick response is impressive. I know some people get frustrated seeing early adopters like us test these versions and point out issues. But the truth is, the team actually wants this feedback. They’ve asked for it directly. This is part of the process. We’re all early adopters here. If you’re reading posts from those of us on the bleeding edge, you’re in a very small group helping shape the future. FSD is a true game changer. It’s going to save thousands of lives every year and give all of us peace of mind knowing our families are safer. Let’s keep spreading the word.

@MatthewWielicki @naomirwolf Yes, but the source of much/most of that plastic is western nations like the U.S., where our moronic government forces us to “recycle”, and then turns around and sends it to Africa, where they dump it in the rivers.

Everyone’s told plastic pollution is a “global” problem… But the data say something very different. Roughly 90–95% of ocean plastic comes from a handful of rivers... mostly in Asia and Africa. The Yangtze. Ganges. Mekong. Nile. Niger. Not your grocery bag in Colorado. Not your straw in D.C. A small number of poorly managed waste systems are doing the overwhelming majority of the damage. The UN isn’t structuring this like a solvable engineering problem... it’s structuring it like a permanent global revenue stream. Because if you solve it quickly and directly… there’s no need for decades of committees, funding mechanisms, and “frameworks.”

Our oceans are becoming a trash heap, overwhelmed by plastic pollution. It’s time to break the habit of single-use plastics. #ActNow to #BeatPlasticPollution!

Nah, don’t ask questions. Just keep voting and believing in the fairy tale of a government that cares about you.

Lowering cholesterol *increases* total mortality, and statins increase lifespan by 4 days on average. FOUR DAYS. The guy selling you the pills doesn’t tell you this, for some reason.

Every one of these fake “safety net” programs needs to be shut down. Stealing is wrong in the first place, and it’s doubly wrong when the stolen money is given to freeloaders.

The main reason to get a Tesla isn't that they can drive themselves, or that they're crazy fast and awesome looking. The main reason is that filling up a gas car costs $50 (or I guess $150 in CA??)... While filling up a Tesla costs $9. And you never have to go to a gas station again, because your "tank" is full every morning.

Hard to get a great photo of these but it’s one of the best meals ever. Crispy eggs with dippy yolks over warm ham and cheddar. One of Kim’s masterpieces.

In the US, only 47% of the population actually works (fully 14% of the population is working age and does not work). Retirees are 18% and children 22%.

The main problems with U.S. healthcare are: 1. The literally countless laws and regulations that make it effectively a government-run industry; 2. The lack of price signal, which prevents market forces like competition from functioning; 3. The army of middlemen parasites (insurance and government) all taking their cut. These three all drive prices through the roof. How could a new company be the fix for these problems?

@elonmusk And if you fixed healthcare, it could easily be a 3rd company with a trillion $ valuation :) #DirectCare
