In 1996, a King Penguin named Lala became a local celebrity in Shibushi, Japan. After being rescued from a fishing net by the Nishimoto family, he refused to return to the wild.

When Brits move to Australia for ‘a better life’ it’s worth noting that what’s actually happening is them preferring to move to the other side of the planet instead of a country in Europe and having to learn a foreign language. If they spoke German in Australia literally no Brit would move there.

The Geneva Convention says it’s a war crime to target journalists, even if they work for an enemy organisation. It’s also a war crime to target medical workers. After the killing of 3 Lebanese TV journos last week, several medics coming to help them were killed as well.
