@cropmad@SandyHorne61@abcnews@SciNate I can remember 20 years ago with early gps systems solars flares were often used as a reason for reduced gps accuracy.
Interesting that the news services aren't covering the solar flares (a rare G4 geomagnetic storm) heading for Earth now. Not only do we have a chance of nice auroras (weather permitting), there is also potential for communication disruptions. Very newsworthy!

@harrisondale88@brumby_fan It’s not the size of the dog in the fight but the size of the fight in the dog, I think this old gem says it all about Wilson.
@brumby_fan I think his limitations are still the same in his game. Tremendous player but if they want a 6-8 that is big a physical he isn’t dominant enough in tight.
Hell of a player though
What a win. What a performance. What a moment for Australian rugby. So many great parts: Wilson the Heart of Phar Lap, The junk Yard dogs with two pieces of meat, McReight everywhere, Campbell everywhere, the Kiwi commentators having a cry. Brilliant. Proud. #CRUvRED@Reds_Rugby
@observantfox1@rugby_podcast I agree Thorn built a lot of qualities into that team that reflected his own playing style unfortunately I think with his knowledge he could only take the team so far. Kiss has added a lot of rugby smarts to the way they play.
@rugby_podcast I do think we need to give a huge amount of credit to Brad Thorn and his team… they recruited and stuck with the core group and went through the early years with them. It’s finally happening but lots of work to get them here.
@rugby_podcast 100% agree Eddie was a disaster but if one good thing has come out of it is the shit has hit the fan big time and changes seem to being made in the way the game is run. If we had scraped through to quarters at World Cup it would have been more of the same.
We leaked the overspend months ago. Wasn’t Eddie jones an absolute disaster? Whichever way you want to cut it. The bloke was a nightmare. He has almost single handily destroyed our game.
@rugby_podcast I think it’s the TMO that’s spoiling the game, no issues using them for try decisions but I think in open play they should only be used when ref requests it.
To be fair I Think O’Keefe was actually very good tonight. The producer at the stadium was a pain. But the BOK was good busy the last few minutes. The 50/50’s. Why do they never go our way. Why do they find technical penalties.
Spare me with the ‘end of rugby in Australia’ takes. Reffing has been horrible for years, and yet we’re still selling out stadiums. Game is in good health.
Running a robot from @SwarmFarm with weedit from @Croplands. The PWM function lets us bring the applied rate down to 40L/ha per nozzle to ensure maximum spraying time when using products like glyphosate to clean up dirty paddocks.
Someone’s got a new toy for harvest. Just dropped by my local Moree @VanderfieldAU. Great to see the area is gearing up for a bumper harvest. #IWantOne!

@jakeonfarm@VanderfieldAU Thanks for the hospitality this week Jake from you and your father, hope the season is a good one and there's a See and Spray back there next year permanently.
@Rossf93 Had a conversation with Quilpie, Qld, tyre guy a few weeks ago, he fits tyres for vehicles in some pretty tough country and he told me toyo are best, really strong sidewall. Also said Goodyear and maxis are good.
@FletcherRasmus1 Starting in Qld and heading south through NSW, VIC, SA over next 3 months and then to WA post harvest, talk to your local JD dealer for more info.
