@FasterStronger6 @samworthingtown @iainpayten @StanSportRugby @wwos @StanSportAU Grok is wrong. They started together against Georgia at RWC 2023
English

@kinson88 @samworthingtown @iainpayten @StanSportRugby @wwos @StanSportAU Grok says the last time Carter and Tate started a match together was August 5, 2023 (Wallabies vs All Blacks, Bledisloe Cup 2nd Test in Dunedin)

🚨 BIG RETURN on this week’s episode of #InsideLine… @samworthingtown stepping in for @iainpayten. Plenty to chew the fat over.
Keen to sink our teeth into some #Mailbag questions… fire away ⬇️ | @StanSportRugby @wwos @StanSportAU

@palejawsh @brisbanebroncos I was there on Sunday (& the week before at Brooky)
English

@kinson88 @brisbanebroncos mick, you want to gift me a new jersey? you need to make it to a broncs game again!
English

Very interesting Inside Line pod yet again. Story time with Payto @iainpayten - always excellent The man knows more about sport (& sporting anecdotes) than anyone! 👌
Atko @kinson88 still crying into his XXXX about the Uru decision - but he’ll get over it - in time.
💪😉😊
English

@mward1246 @iainpayten Did I say that?? Happy to be reminded of it, but can’t remember (maybe selective memory).
I thought Reilly’s no try should have been a try.
I enjoy both Toney’s Old and New, happy to shout
English

@kinson88 @iainpayten I couldn’t resist Atko - it was a ‘return dig’ to you - from a previous pod when Tristan Reilly’sbtry was disallowed? You advised me to ‘cry into my Tooheys’ 😂😂
Btw - quite like a Tooheys Old - if you’re shouting??😊😉

@Gt1990farmer @iainpayten @StanSportAU @StanSportRugby @wwos @SMHsport Where has this talk been? Reports?
English

@kinson88 @iainpayten @StanSportAU @StanSportRugby @wwos @SMHsport #Mailbag: Gooday O’s, there has been talk of Simon cron wanting to head back to Japan, if this is case who would be a good solid coach to take the western force to new heights and get out of this rut we seem to be in? Cheers
English

Some big news to get through on #InsideLine tomorrow @iainpayten. As always, will aim to answer a few questions submitted to #Mailbag… fire away ⬇️ | @StanSportAU @StanSportRugby @wwos @SMHsport

@nycfootyfan @iainpayten @StanSportAU @StanSportRugby @wwos @SMHsport Why are they the only options? No Jorgensen, Pietsch, Daugunu?
English

@kinson88 @iainpayten @StanSportAU @StanSportRugby @wwos @SMHsport Let’s say there are two back three spots on the Wallabies up for grabs. Are you taking tried and tested (Kellaway + Potter) or raw but much higher ceiling potential (T Pritchard + Lomax)?
English

@balumbah @iainpayten @StanSportAU @StanSportRugby @wwos @SMHsport I picked them in my Wallabies backline on Rugby Heaven last week, but them being the leading point scorers was not my reasoning. I don’t think that’s a major consideration
English

@kinson88 @iainpayten @StanSportAU @StanSportRugby @wwos @SMHsport As the leading point scorers in SRP26 - let’s celebrate this in itself
Have Lonergan and Donaldson picked themselves as the Wallabies ScrumHalf and FlyHalf?
Craig@balumbah
I’m starting to think that the mantra “Anyone but Uni” is morphing into “Anyone but Donno”

Michael Voss has stepped away as Carlton coach, handing in his resignation in recent days. @AFLcomau

@Ball_n_all @Reds_Rugby @StanSportAU @StanSportRugby Referee blaming is a slippery slope. Even if a team has genuinely been hard done by or there are clear “howlers”, I’ve always thought blaming the referee can ultimately lead to lack of accountability in teams.
Not saying that’s what’s happening at the Reds.
English

Looking at ‘X’/Twitter…
LOTS of judgement on the officials post @Reds_Rugby vs Chiefs… | @StanSportAU @StanSportRugby
English

@tristanfp99 @Reds_Rugby @StanSportAU @StanSportRugby No. Both very respectful in their post-match interviews on @StanSportAU
English

@kinson88 @Reds_Rugby @StanSportAU @StanSportRugby Gonna see a Rassie type showing from Fraser & Les?
English

@harrisondale88 @NAWilson @iainpayten @StanSportRugby @StanSportAU @SMHsport @wwos The reason for the drop out is to avoid the potential time wasted, static moments from having to set, and potentially reset a scrum.
The drop out is most definitely faster.
I’m not saying it’s the right thing, I’m just clarifying that it wasn’t introduced to dyer pick n go
English

@NAWilson @kinson88 @iainpayten @StanSportRugby @StanSportAU @SMHsport @wwos It doesn’t feel like it to me. Maybe.. the 5m scrum rewards the attacking side so they can keep the pressure on, it’s a completely different outcome for the flow of the game
English

Back in the pod studio with @iainpayten tomorrow for #InsideLine… fire through your questions for #Mailbag | @StanSportRugby @StanSportAU @SMHsport @wwos
English

@harrisondale88 @iainpayten @StanSportRugby @StanSportAU @SMHsport @wwos The dropout was introduced as a quicker restart than setting a scrum, not to discourage pick and drives.
English

@kinson88 @iainpayten @StanSportRugby @StanSportAU @SMHsport @wwos A little late, but I’ll put it up now for next week.
On the topic of pick and drives on the line, SR introduced the drop out law for held up over the line to discourage it. It hasn’t worked.
At what point does SR change a law back if it didn’t work (have they ever?)? They should!
