@thegeorgeyoung He mad a profit selling that’s all that matters! He sold them for more than he paid 🤷🏿 the rest is irrelevant.
English

I never understood this flex. P aint get robbed and didnt sell them due to financial hardship. He sold them to support a charity.

Drake Wearing Pharrell's Jewelry Archive in “Jumbotron Sh*t Poppin” 💫 This why Pharrell mad btw… 😭
English

@PokedByNick @the_jefferymead Sounds like you mad know one believes in you ! That can change your life for the better 🤷🏿
English

@the_jefferymead Spacex is losing billions of dollars every year. How can you create a trillion dollars in worth off a business that is currently not self sustainable? The only way you can do that is by assuming future success. Value creation didn’t get Elon here, the assumption of his worth did.
English

@justineliaa Technically it’s doesn’t sound like you lost everything! From what I read 🤷🏿
English

Life is about skill acquisition
You only fear rock bottom because you aren't confident in your ability to go on another run
Real shit… if I lose everything tomorrow I'll open a Chase Sapphire business card, put $50k at 0% APR on Meta ads, launch an offer, and clean up
Shit is not scary. You're just not skilled
Everything in life you fear is because of a skill issue

Kevin Gates got social media talking after saying he knows he’s living in a different era, questioning when garbage men became “boujee” and refusing to pick up trash unless it’s inside the can. 👀
Gates joked, “When did the garbage man start being boujee? Don’t be no b**** a** garbage man. It gotta be inside the can. Don’t you pick up trash?” 🤦🏾♂️😂
Do y’all agree with Kevin Gates, or should trash collectors only pick up what’s actually inside the bin? 🤔👇🏾

A group of us went out to celebrate a friend’s 25th birthday. There were eight people at the table.
Before we ordered, I made my situation clear.
I said, “I’m trying to save for a house down payment right now, so I’m only getting an appetizer and a soda. Can we do separate checks?”
A few people laughed, and the birthday girl said, “Don’t worry about it. We’ll just split the bill evenly at the end.”
I wasn’t thrilled about the idea, but I didn’t want to start an argument before dinner.
As the night went on, several people ordered expensive steaks, cocktails, and desserts. The birthday girl and her boyfriend also ordered two bottles of wine that cost more than what I planned to spend all week.
Meanwhile, I stuck to exactly what I said I would order: one appetizer and a soda.
When the bill arrived, it came to around $900.
Someone quickly did the math and announced, “Looks like it’s about $112 per person.”
I looked at the receipt and said, “That doesn’t work for me. My food was about $22. I’ll pay for what I ordered, plus tip.”
The birthday girl got upset and said I was being cheap and making things awkward.
I didn’t argue.
I got up, walked over to the manager, asked for my individual items, paid my portion with a tip, wished everyone a good night, and left.
Later, my phone was full of messages. Apparently, everyone else had to cover the difference, and some people were angry that the final amount per person ended up being higher than expected.
A few friends said I should have just paid the extra money to keep the peace.
Maybe.
But I don't think it's reasonable to expect someone who ordered the least at the table to help fund everyone else's expensive choices.
I went out for dinner, not to subsidize someone else's luxury bill.
English

@lindsay__stamp Every day is unknown if you 50you don’t know how to be 55 ! Every day is a mild stone for everyone
English

@UnmodernmanBot Mybe it’s the messenger and not the message in most cases
English

@BreatheLesss You shouldn’t have no confrontation with a stranger! You don’t know each other. they did nothing to you ! You did nothing to them
English

@_falsi1ke It depends on who you are ! Some people are assholes and looked down on people and now the same people you looked down on you need now oh how the tables turned
English

@wisdomslices_ If I talked to you about it before and you didn’t listen! Then yeah I’m punishing you . Fool me once won’t fool me twice
English

@christian_adola @ClearlyContrary @AwakenChirp @Big_Mck Doing it and could do it is totally different they wouldn’t be allowed to do it first of all! But you people always go to the most extreme 💩 possible trying to make a point. And it doesn’t help your argument
English

@ClearlyContrary @AwakenChirp @antwain48 @Big_Mck What is even your point? You have government and politicians who can decide to bankrupt the country in a day, and everybody will drown in debt, famine, and poverty, and you wanna tell me is natural? I don't understand you.
English

@Melda1384191 You go out for a cause never go out because! Don’t let that go over your head
English

@elioralux I guess that’s why you don’t have 2.8 million! You spend every dime you get. And will let someone use you for what you don’t spend
English

I dated a guy for almost a year who was obsessed with splitting expenses exactly 50/50.
Not approximately.
Exactly.
If dinner was $47.82, he'd calculate the tax and tip down to the cent.
If I grabbed coffee, he'd Venmo me $2.43.
At first I thought it was kind of responsible.
Then it got weird.
One time I drove us 4 hours to a wedding and this man asked if I wanted him to contribute toward gas.
I said sure.
He sent me $11.17.
😭
A few months later we were apartment hunting.
Every place I liked was apparently "too expensive."
Every restaurant was "overpriced."
Every vacation was "financially irresponsible."
Then one night he accidentally left his laptop open while he was in the shower.
I wasn't snooping.
It was literally open on the kitchen table.
The screen was showing his investment account.
Balance:
$2.8 million.
Suddenly the $11.17 gas reimbursement made a lot more sense.
I didn't break up with him because he was rich.
I broke up with him because a man with millions shouldn't make you feel guilty for ordering guacamole.
English

@hiddenasks Ya’ll promoting for a lot of empty restaurants! Cause that’s what going to happen get the food to go 🤷🏿
English

@MmisterNobody Mybe it starts with people quick to insult other people! Thinking it’s going to change the facts. Buy in all reality they just make the person say fuck you and your cause 🤷🏿
