@YSL I hope you do something about this because it was deeply saddening to see that these people at @MyNykaa treat a brand like yours just like any other plebeian one.

@MyNykaa has degraded so much now. Despite ordering a Luxe product, they sent it in regular packaging. @YSL I guess Nykaa doesn't take your brand seriously or consider your customers important. The Libre perfume I bought was supposed to be a gift, but now I can't cz of packagng

To add to this is your pathetic customer service and the executives you have chosen to 'help' who don't even know your own company's policy and details. The said person was educating me on Gift Wraps, when I was talking about Luxe packaging!! Appalling

@DuneLondonHelp has the most idiotic customer service ppl, who don't even know about something as basic as returns. The guy I talked to, Neel, was in a hurry and not at all interested in what I was asking. U guys put me off big time from buying your pieces.
