New paper in SJMSS thanks to Áine Fitzpatrick's brilliant work. We found that norm messages effected people’s performance.. on a beep test! And that how the messages effected people's exertion depended on their identification with the norm reference group. doi.org/10.1111/sms.14…




A bit of news: I’ve just accepted a Lecturer position (a full-time teaching/research position) in the School of Psych at ANU. My teaching will likely be in stats and research methods. It’s good to finally get a bit of stability ☺️ 1/5



Now accepted in Journal of Affective Disorders. This paper led by Tegan Cruwys @alexanderhaslam @ja_rathbone @ElyseJW shows that 12 months on, G4H was better than CBT in protecting against loneliness relapse during COVID restrictions. See full paper psyarxiv.com/tyvhg
