We have now updated the @CS153Systems site with our second batch of speakers including @LisaSu @satyanadella @garrytan @sdianahu @matiii and @andi_blatt Next week we'll unveil some surprises that are big wins for students and the broader ecosystem

@anuranjan @SarvamAI Hey @anuranjan 10,000 credits added to your account (anuranjan.vikas31@gmail.com). Great work on Kaval.chat — protecting families from WhatsApp scams with voice notes in native languages is a super valuable project. Excited to support it

Our Codex dashboards are showing increased rate of users hitting rate limits and since we don't fully understand why I have made the cautious decision of resetting the usage limits for all plans. Enjoy. I also wanted to celebrate us finding a pocket of fraudulent accounts that we banned and have helped us regain some compute. The fight against abuse never stops, but it's important to mark the moment and make it a little shared victory.

$5.5m to $73k per year (!!) by: 1) decomposing business logic 2) modeling intent using DSPy 3) optimizing a smaller model to improve cost profile *while maintaining performance* Why wouldn’t this be the default pattern for folks embedding AI into their pipelines?

i tried working from a coffee shop today instead of my office & it was impossible to get anything done. i was constantly distracted by one thing or another, from sounds to ppl moving around etc. it’s unclear to me how anyone is able to be productive working from a coffee shop.

very big breach

🚨 CRITICAL: Active supply chain attack on axios -- one of npm's most depended-on packages. The latest axios@1.14.1 now pulls in plain-crypto-js@4.2.1, a package that did not exist before today. This is a live compromise. This is textbook supply chain installer malware. axios has 100M+ weekly downloads. Every npm install pulling the latest version is potentially compromised right now. Socket AI analysis confirms this is malware. plain-crypto-js is an obfuscated dropper/loader that: • Deobfuscates embedded payloads and operational strings at runtime • Dynamically loads fs, os, and execSync to evade static analysis • Executes decoded shell commands • Stages and copies payload files into OS temp and Windows ProgramData directories • Deletes and renames artifacts post-execution to destroy forensic evidence If you use axios, pin your version immediately and audit your lockfiles. Do not upgrade.
