Anybox App

Anybox for macOS 2.13 is live on the Mac App Store. You can now save all tabs from the browser by going to the menu bar icon and select “Save All Tabs from” item. Child tags are also sorted when automatic sorting is enabled. You can update it now: apps.apple.com/us/app/anybox-…

@kirstdoux Hmm… We didn’t see any crash reports for the action/share extensions in Xcode. Can you send a screen recording to to hi@anybox.ltd so that we can have a clue what’s happening?

Please can you look into it and report back? It is the most valuable option of sharing to Anybox, as it allows you to enter in metadata and categories without having to enter the app. Thanks, your biggest fan

People asked if it’s possible to open files with Folder Preview. Now it’s finally possible with our new app Folder Preview Pro. By throwing away the sandbox restriction, the app is capable of opening files and showing thumbnails. You can even navigate folders.

@3___14159265359 You can go to main menu Features → Hide Anydock. The menu bar icon also has a menu item for this.

@anybox_app I’m very impressed with AnyBox, but I can’t find a way of permanently hiding (or disabling) AnyDock. I don’t like the floating menu in any position, but would like the anydock links icon in the menubar. Thanks

@alexschcom It’s a setting to toggle menu item icon in the app. If you turn it off, you won’t be seeing icons in the right-click menu of the app after restarting.

@denisplotnikov The app is a standalone bookmarking app. I don’t think managing one specific browser’s bookmarks should be in the feature set.

@anybox_app hi! I’m using Anybox for a couple of days and pretty much impressed how good it is! Thanks u for your work! Quick question: is there any chance that Anybox can manage safari bookmarks in future (e.g. I delete bookmark in Anybox and it wipes out of browser bookmarks)?

@anybox_app No, the slider uses a step increment when sliding rather than a smooth slider that updates when dragging

@sjivan A 0.15s delay is applied to the update of time to avoid frame rate drops. Were you talking about this delay feel?

@anybox_app Hey, is there a way to completely turn off Anydock and Stash Box? So, not just show/hide, but to completely disable these features?

A new version of Anybox is live on App Store with options to reorder or hide pinned lists. To do that, just press and hold any list in the sidebar and select “Sidebar Configuration”. This feature is also coming to macOS later (in review).
