Today is the day we're launching our pilot program to give some previously terminated creators a chance to rejoin YouTube. We know there's a lot of interest and questions – key points below: * What’s happening? Starting today, some previously terminated creators will have the opportunity to request a new YouTube channel. Not every eligible creator will have the option to request a new channel right away – we’re rolling this out slowly as we carefully review requests and learn from the pilot. * What does a new channel mean? Creators accepted through this pilot can create new channels. A new channel means a fresh start – creators can build back their community, upload old content (that follows our Community Guidelines), and apply for YPP once their new channel is eligible. * How will YouTube review requests? We'll consider a variety of factors like the severity or persistence of the original violations, or whether a creator’s on- or off-platform activity harmed or may continue to harm the YouTube community. * Who isn’t eligible? Terminated creators are not eligible to request a new channel until one year after their termination date. Also, not every type of channel termination will be eligible for this pilot. For example, creators terminated for copyright infringement or those who violated our Creator Responsibility policies. * What about appeals? Creators can still appeal if they want our team to take another look at their original channel termination. This option is available for one year after a termination. * Important Reminder: Our Community Guidelines and other policies still apply, and creators will not have another opportunity to return to YouTube if they are terminated again. 쯔양님 피해사건 터지고 멘탈 나가서 정리함 (*폭행 녹취록 음성 주의) 1. 방송 전 휴학 중 남자친구 만남 2. 점점 남자친구가 폭력적이게 변함 3. 헤어지자고 했더니 몰카 유포 하겠다고 협박 4. 우산 등 둔기로 폭행 5. 이후 본인이 일하는 곳에 데려감(술집) 6. 가서 술만 따르면 된다고 말하면서 그곳에서 강제로 일하게 됨 7. 그곳에서 일한 건 잠깐이었고, 그 번돈도 모두 뺏어감(이체내역 있음) 8. 너무 무서워서 말못하고 있다가 그만하겠다고 얘기했다가 또 폭행 9. 가족한테도 말하겠다고 협박해서 대들지 못함. 하루에 최소 2번 씩은 폭행 10. 그럼 돈 어떻게 벌어다주겠냐 해서 방송으로 벌겠다고 하며 방송 시작 11. 방송도 계속 맞으면서 하던거였음 12. 초반 방송으로 번 돈도 모두 가져감. 치킨 시켜먹을 돈까지 가져가는 수준. 13. 방송 커지니까 그 남자가 소속사도 만들어서 7:3 불공정계약 맺음. 14. 광고수익도 한번도 받아본 적이 없음. 15. 뒷광고로 욕먹으니까 방송 그만하라고 시킴. 16. 그 이후 민심 괜찮아지니까 복귀하라고 함(본인은 힘들어서 복귀하고 싶지 않았음) - 카톡 증거 모두 남아있음 17. 반항할 생각을 못한 이유는 약점이 주변에 알려질까봐 무서웠다고 함 18. 직원들이 이 사실을 알게 되고 직원들이 편들어주려 했으나 쯔양이 말렸고, 직원들도 그 남자가 협박함. 카메라, 모니터도 부수고 난리침 19. 4년 동안 지속된 일 (방송 경력 5년이고, 얼마전에 해결됨) 20. 직원들 앞에서까지 폭행 21. 주변 사람들에게까지 과장되게 욕하고, 주변 사람들에게도 협박당하고 금전 (2억 넘는 돈을 뜯김) 22. 너무 무서워서 본인이 나설 수가 없었고, 직원들이 나서서 싸워주고 문제를 해결해줬다고 함. 23. 돈을 있는대로 다 줄테니까 떠나달라고 말했으나 이거 가지고는 성에 안찬다며 미가 방송한건 내 덕분이다 발언 24. 연락두절했으나 집 앞에 찾아오고, 직원 연락, 가족들 죽여버리겠다 협박전화 25. 본인 주변사람들과 유튜버들에게 과장된 사실들을 떠벌리고 다녔고, 결국 쯔양이 고소 진행함 26. 고소 진행하는 동안 정신적으로 너무 힘들었고 대부분 직원들이 도와줘서 유튜버들 협박 건에 대해서는 자세히는 잘 모른다고 함 27. 이 일이 알려지는건 지금까지도 원하지 않았음 28. 가해자인 전남친은 자살. 못받은 돈 40억이 있으나 자살로 인해 공소권 없음으로 종결.
