How can @virginmedia have the best internet service but then the worst customer service. On chat for over an hour to be told sorry the issue need to happen an additional 4th time for it to be resolved.

@virginmedia I've got a 5 year old Super Hub 3 having intermittent wifi issues. Apparently thats not worth replacing after signing into a new contract to 2026.
