I finally upgraded my Note20 to an S26 Ultra at @BestBuy, so I had to snag a @dbrand Ghost case. My old Grip held up so well. But, just took off the inner and outer film protector, and on the inside there appears to be a coating that is peeling away. Is this a defect @robot ?

Despite our best attempts, parcels do sometimes get bent in transit. The good news is that our skins are quite resilient and can typically be installed without issue. For added assurance, you can also lay the skin on a flat surface and heat it with a hairdryer to remove any bends before installation. The only skins we offer for the ROG Xbox Ally X are specifically designed to work with the Killswitch. Due to the increased thickness of the material, Leather skins are easily damaged along the edges when paired with a Killswitch Case. As we want to ensure that our skins last as long as possible, we do not plan to support the Xbox Ally X with Leather at this time.
