I absolutely love this! My longer-term vision is to radically flip the healthcare pyramid so that Last Mile Healthcare is actually FIRST MILE Health: 80% of health needs addressed at or near home. Not in tertiary care, as is the case today. That will substantially alter the economics of health for the nation and for the individual household.
