You are absolutely correct 👏 I got almost 20k fully paid back in 2019 for 1 year study. Received free 500 monthly feeding stipends for 12 monthswhilestudying.. Got additional government grants of over $12k, I paid back 6k to the provincial government immediately I completed studies since I had nothing to do with the money and kept the federal government grant to be paid for 10 at relatively interest free... I laugh when I see Agbadorians spewing lies 🤣 😂

Japa blessings. My sister moved to Canada on permanent residency, but she couldn’t get a suitable job for almost two years. She then decided to go for a diploma and applied for grants from the Canadian government. She told me that the very first day the money entered her account, they paid her CAD 50,000. She couldn’t sleep for three days because that is roughly ₦50 million. Meanwhile, Nigeria is talking about giving loans to students, but how many students in Nigeria can actually access those loans? How much is the student loans? What does it cover? I saw an APC f00l using the loan for campaign. We still have a long way to go. Take your japa plans seriously.

Nigerians with sense, please don't stop praising Alex Otti and all he has done, even when others claim it was expected and it is all "hype." We have to highlight good governance so much that others see it as a true benchmark rather than having low expectations. Thanks, Oga Alex!

Why do we have to reduce the same yardstick we use in measuring performances of every other state Governors, when it comes to Alex Otti of Abia state? Watch the video, you will see the hypocrisy.

@Akikanju1568901 You certainly don't understand how this operates in the US. The minimum wage in Minnesota is $10 but even a cleaner earns between 15 and $22 per hour. The vast majority of menial workers in California earn above $16 per hour.

I live in the US. I just bought fuel 30 minutes ago at a rate of $3.20 per gallon. In the US, gas is sold by the gallon, not by the liter. A gallon contains roughly 4 liters. Meanwhile, most workers in California earn more than $400 per day. This means that even if they buy 10 gallons of fuel in a day, they are still financially comfortable. The fact that most of you compare systems where the minimum wage differs so substantially speaks volumes.

“We are an oil producing country” “If we had more refineries government can afford to pump 1 million liters” 🤡🤡🤡🤡 This is America where the “government is working”, that produces 20million barrels of crude and has over 100 refineries. Their petrol has gone above 3000/liter. And there are a large number of young people who this baba is their “thought leader”

@MhiztarDeebee @BoldlyNigerian @CofEnugu Even if you don't agree with her, you can accept that all she mentioned isn't lies. If all you can measure a nation with, is food on the table then you probably shouldn't be commenting here. This conversation is above you. Way above you.

I hate to say this but the person in this video is an unintelligent person. I mean no insult actually. It is frankly unintelligent to compare petrol price in uk with Nigeria. It’s terribly dumb. Let’s do some analysis: Minimum wage in Nigeria 70,000naira a month. That’s £36. For 30days work. It’s not even up to £40. Now see this: Minimum wage in UK is £12.21 PER HOUR. That’s 23,809naira an hour. This means at £12.21 per hour, the person working minimum wage in uk can make in just 3hours (which is £36.63) the exact same amount of money that someone in Nigeria on minimum wage will earn in 30DAYS. So the equivalent of 3hours minimum wage work in UK is 30days minimum wage work in Nigeria. Now read this again and think about it deeply. So next time, if someone does a stupid comparison between the cost of something in uk and in Nigeria, please ask them: Why not compare the minimum wage and the purchasing power in Nigeria and UK? But more importantly, pls ask: If petrol is cheaper in Nigeria, and life is better in Nigeria, why is he not packing his things and going back to Nigeria?

“UK life is just sûffering and smiling. How much is 53 litres of fuel in Nigeria?? I wan check something” – UK-based Nigerian man reacts after buying 53 litres of fuel for £97 ₦190,000) and tries to compare the cost with Nigeria

Parking in Canada for 3 days at the airport isn’t Luxury It’s is convenience. You can’t spend up to 40 CAD for parking at the airport You can make that 40cad in 2hrs My bro. We need to start having a better life??? Parking at the airport should not be for celebrities and Rich people 🤭🤭🤭
Man of Letters.@Letter_to_Jack

Airport parking (pretty sure of Lagos) is a PPP. FAAN concessions to private companies, some on a build, operate, and transfer agreement. Parked for 3 days (72 hrs) and you still want them to subsidize that for you? Pay your fair share for convenience in such a limited space as a top earner? No. A centi-millionaire using minimum wage to support an argument about luxury/convenience? ✅
