@drewfallon12 @grok what's in it for general catalyst - is this a wise move on IM8's part? What are the loan terms?
English

IM8 BAGS $1B FROM GENERAL CATALYST'S CVF FUND
The fastest growing supplements company in history announced today it has bagged another $1B in funding from General Catalyst.
General Catalyst’s Customer Value Fund is not a standard vc or pe fund making equity investments. Instead, they offer loans with non-traditional repayment terms. Startups funded by CVF replay the loan amount along with a capped share of revenue.
General Catalyst is not buying stock and current shareholders will not be diluted. The loan will finance up to 70% of IM8’s CAC.
IM8 revenue in Q1 2026 was $33.8M, up 23.1% QoQ. Annual revenue guidance for IM8 was raised by $10M to $190M - $200M.

@aohare @codyplof portal.9operators.com ← and we’re getting Cody’s 20 playbooks rolled into for full access!
English

What @AaronOrendorff has built is sick.
He built a portal that has EVERY single thing Operators has ever done, complete with transcripts, links to every episode, webinar, and past newsletter.
You can be the first thing I did when I saw it was gave it to claude and had it index them for conext.
I then built playbooks for the major concepts like diagnosing ad account issues, product development, GTM strategy, and more.
Does anyone wanna get access? Not sure if I'm allowed to send it or not. Comment and tag @AaronOrendorff if you wanna see this and I'll convince him to package it up.

@foundmyfitness thanks @foundmyfitness what Glutamine brand do you recommend?
English

There are two supplements I always pack when I travel:
• Glutamine - My baseline is 5 g/day, but when I’m traveling, sleep-deprived, or exposed to something going around, I’ll increase to 15–20 g/day (split into 5 g doses). Glutamine is an important fuel source for immune cells, and I think it’s especially useful during periods of stress, travel, and immune exposure.
• Creatine - I usually take 5–10 g/day, but on travel days, I’ll go up to 15–20 g/day, split into doses. Creatine supports cellular energy metabolism, and the brain is very energy-demanding, especially under sleep deprivation/jet lag.

@mhp_guy thanks Chris - enjoy your content. seen the meet up in Provo.

I just interviewed a guy who did $192,500 in one month working 2 to 3 hours a week.
90% net profit margins.
This one is getting me all fired up just writing about it!
This guy had an HR job he hated.
Tried every side hustle in the book. (sound familiar?)
eBay
Dropshipping
Affiliate marketing
Facebook ads
all of them
He finally landed on running an SEO agency for local businesses and started actually making real money.
Then a client called him in the middle of the night to complain about his results.
The results were stellar by the way...
Luke woke up the next morning, fired every single client he had, and walked away from $108,000 in revenue.
Then he flipped the whole business inside out.
Instead of doing SEO for other people, he built the websites for himself. Ranked them. Owned them. And rented the leads back out to local businesses for a flat monthly fee.
His first 6 sites got him right back to $108K a year.
Small niches, small cities. Towing in Woodside, Queens. Carpet cleaning in Irving, Texas.
Tree service
HVAC
Pest control
Limo
He now owns 132 of these sites.
I'm so pumped up after this one.
In this episode Luke:
- Walks through his live playbook for finding a winning niche
- Shows the Irving, Texas carpet cleaning site that has paid him $500 a month for basically 7 years straight
- Breaks down exactly why he only targets cities of a specific population size
- Explains the rev share pitch he gave his biggest clients
This one was so good!

I’m going to say it again. The CEOs of Microsoft, Palantir, Nvidia are sharing a synchronized bull thesis for (non-OAI/ANT) COMPANIES; implying they are deeply concerned about the bear case:
OAI/ANT eat the entire economy; all other companies are zeroes

Its pretty much the end of the Fable 5 access in Claude code.
Do you think Claude will give us more access or cut access to it shortly?
I think they will extend it until Opus 5 comes out.
Claude@claudeai
We're extending access to Claude Fable 5 on all paid plans through July 12.

last month, I did over 300 million views running iPhone farms for other people's startups.
the catch: the only people who can pull that off are agencies with racks of phones and a team babysitting them.
so I built Warmr to hand that same machine to everyone else.
how I got here:
> ran iphone farms for startups, quietly cleared 300M+ views in a month
> watched brand new accounts die at 300 views while aged ones hit millions
> realized it was never the content, it was the account warmup
> automated that warmup on real iphones, no emulators, no bots
> made it so that one mac ended up running a whole rack of phones on its own
> founders kept asking how I did it, so I turned it into an app
> now a solo founder with one iphone runs what an agency runs
If you're interested, comment "Warmr" and I'll send you a free invite
