Being threatened with offloading from DL 2729 from STL to ATL on Aug 14 for simply requesting to allow to board with carryon as I had fragile items…shows the how non-existent customer service is at @Delta

@Delta Why is that airlines such as Delta in the developed world have third rate customer service and those airlines is developing countries offer a first class experience????

@Delta I wish you had the same commitment to basic courtesies to passengers! DL2729 from St. Louis to Atlanta….. the agent at the gate threatened to offload me when I requested her to allow my carryon as I was carrying fragile purchases. Rude & Crude is what she was!!!
