WlN! The dust begins to settle at Headingley after @YorkshireCCC ended a rollercoaster first block of 2026 championship fixtures with their first success by an innings against @surreycricket for a decade. Not many were predicting that this time last week. 🏏♥️👏👏👏🍾

Why did a Labour MP receive donations from a Chinese spy and employ that spy’s family in his office? Starmer needs to come clean.

The UK defence budget is around 50% more than Israel but they can wage war on multiple fronts. We have 134 admirals and 13 major war ships & some submarines. Thats 10 admirals for each ship. Britain is broken & every area needs Reform and radical change !

Shot in 2004 defending the UK. Also armed security 8 years in Iraq. 2 years in Afghan. 1 year in each of Angola, Libya and Nigeria. I’m so incredibly pleased for Cadamarteri. He’s had a pretty tough time of things this season, has been called upon time and time again when he probably could’ve done with a break, but he’s kept slogging, kept chasing everything down. And that goal will do him the world of good.

I suppose it’d be unfair to judge James Bord’s #SWFC consortium until we know who it’s made up of and their full intentions… This whole saga is still far from over, too, so there are no guarantees in any of this. Sounds on-the-fencey, but we really just have to wait this out.

The consortium led by James Bord, who I understand to be Sheffield Wednesday’s preferred bidder, has majority shareholding in Dunfermline. Also have a minority but substantial stake in Cordoba. Expect a plan to use a data analytics recruitment policy #SWFC

@YesWeCrann Thanks for update Joe, it does not look to be a smooth process and in view of how run down club is, getting concerned that these parties do not have money required to fund what is required.

On top of this, I’m led to believe that the Storch group have found a new partner after McEvoy dropped out - and that some potential buyers who could now come back in would be willing to take the -15 hit in order to invest elsewhere in the club.
