When I visited Minnesota, what the ICE agents wanted more than anything was to work with local law enforcement so that situations on the ground didn't get out of hand. The local leadership in Minnesota has so far refused to answer those requests.

When I was in Minneapolis, I heard a number of crazy stories. But near the top of the list: A couple of off duty ICE and CBP officers were going to dinner in Minneapolis. They were doxed and their location revealed, and the restaurant was then mobbed. The officers were locked in the restaurant, and local police refused to respond to their pleas for help (as they've been directed by local authorities). Eventually, their fellow federal agents came to their aid. This is just a taste of what's happening in Minneapolis because state and local officials refuse to cooperate with immigration enforcement. They have created the chaos so they can have moments like yesterday, where someone tragically dies and politicians get to grandstand about the evils of enforcing the border. The solution is staring everyone in the face. I hope authorities in Minneapolis stop this madness.

You’d think that the US Army of all places would actually invest in some proper vetting, but nope. Under the Army Secretary Dan Driscoll @SecArmy, there have been several instances of either him, or the Army promoting anti-Trump Leftists on their official social media channels. Remember the Vindman screw up? Are we supposed to believe the Army couldn’t find a Republican and US born soldier? They had to find an immigrant who voted for Hillary Clinton and spoke at the DNC as Obama’s guest? Isn’t this the type of thing political advisors are supposed to be keeping Dan Driscoll informed of? @elonmusk Elon is right. Too many people are stuck in dead-end, low-productivity government jobs that waste taxpayer money. Moving them to the commercial sector will be disruptive, but necessary. America thrives when people produce, not when they push paper.

A lot of people need to move from low to negative productivity roles in government (and some in industry) to high productivity roles in the commercial sector. That is temporarily disruptive, but ultimately for the best.
