Bothersome symptoms when a patient checks off “terrible” on IPSS sometimes reflects symptoms that are not captured on the validate survey. This includes post-micturition dribbling, incontinence, and pain. LURN SI-10 captures these well, but is not in widespread use and heart to compare directly to IPSS with historical benchmark studies.
