@British_Airways club world experience. Inoperable chair, staff nonstop swearing loudly about customers in the galley, crashing crockery & cutlery, talking over and repeatedly waking sleeping passengers. Misplaced bags. Is this standard?

@British_Airways What’s the best way to get in contact with someone not anonymous at BA. I think it’s important training that club world stewards do not swear at and about their passengers. Someone had asked for milk and was called a “f****”
