@British_Airways club world experience. Inoperable chair, staff nonstop swearing loudly about customers in the galley, crashing crockery & cutlery, talking over and repeatedly waking sleeping passengers. Misplaced bags. Is this standard?

@apigron Hi Fiona, if you have submitted a case and received an eight-digit case reference number, our Customer Relations team will get back to you as soon as they can. We can't provide a timescale, but this link may help: ukprepin.custhelp.com/app/answers/de… - Steven.

@apigron Hi Fiona. This is very worrying and is most definitely not how we expect our staff to behave. Please submit a complaint using the following link so that our Customer Relations team have all of the information and can investigate this further: ba.com/complaints. John

@British_Airways This was the floor right after takeoff after a steward started throwing his rubbish and crisps!?!?

@British_Airways What’s the best way to get in contact with someone not anonymous at BA. I think it’s important training that club world stewards do not swear at and about their passengers. Someone had asked for milk and was called a “f****”
