@soolara @AmericanAir @ComfortSuitesPI @manager84756 Our options were Motel 6 or Choice. :) Maybe going from Executive Platinum to Gold plays a role. Now I’m working with 2 different AA managers who can’t figure out my phone number that I gave them last night.

@AmericanAir @soolara Avoid Comfort Suites in Lewisville at all costs. @ComfortSuitesPI. @AmericanAir, @manager84756 American Air DFW will attempt to put you into rooms here for delayed/cancelled flights. Our family lasted 7 seconds inside those rooms. Heavy smoke coated every inch of rooms. Awful.

@AmericanAir @soolara Flight AA2707 update. American puts us in two free rooms at Comfort Suite in Lewisville (not even close to airport). Both rooms smelled of heavy smoke so we left and got our own hotel.

@AmericanAir @soolara American Airlines 2707 from DFW to AUS departure time has changed to 8:00AM on Mar 18 from gate A28 in terminal. Yeah far from good to go.

@AmericanAir @soolara What is good to go? We can’t get off the plane and the crew has worked too many hours so they can’t fly us back to Austin.
