American Air DFW will attempt to put you into rooms here for delayed/cancelled flights. Our family lasted 7 seconds inside those rooms. Heavy smoke coated every inch of rooms. Awful.

We missed our flight on @AmericanAir due to ‘air traffic control staffing issues’. We were booked for a flight the next day. We had to pay for our own lodging overnight because the delay was ‘beyond their control’ and they had the audacity to charge us ANOTHER $100 for luggage. Like we had any control at any point of the trip.
