What conversation is there to be had? I mean the two results were disappointing. The last one, unacceptable. But unless you are saying we were expected to win 4 trophies at the beginning of the season, how exactly is any conversation of such nature supposed to take place now whilst top of the league by 9 points, which at the start of the season, you would have taken after 31 games and in the ucl quarters which again, you’d have taken at the start of the season when we are still playing for either or both trophies? Last night was awful. Southampton fully deserved it. But don’t be stupid. Even The Invincibles got dumped from the cups (and CL) at a similar stage, very quickly. They still achieved greatness in May. We’ve not won the league in 22 yrs, let’s do that before we expect dominance.
