@FitFusion__ Why hide your tummy, you look better without hiding it, accept your body the way it is😊

@maridadi96278 @MigunaMiguna @JacksonJeik That was done in good faith, probably to get him active and earn some income to take care of his health, but still the government could have supported him in a different way, because clearly, he is sick and not in a position to represent the view of his constituents
English

@MigunaMiguna @JacksonJeik It's a shame what's happening to our beloved Uganda..
But Dr. You ought to know that Gen Ali had refused to run for the position but all competitors had to bow down and let him be... He was forced to the throne...NO Election needed..
Uganda is a country that upholds culture

@Mrbankstips The love language there is deep, are you financially ok? That's an Alpha man right there😊

@wambuijoan2024 Are you talking about the President of France???? What happened to the narrative that Men who marry older wives will go nowhere, mwalimu wa maths, huku ni wapi😂😂😂😂
English

@EmmaWaKanjo When you say your age should be considered, what is the age for investment😊
English

Mutual funds & ETFs, referred to as indexed funds, are the best way to invest in the market. They provide instant diversification & low cost. Your age & risk tolerance should be considered . Incorporate a mix of foundational, growth, & income mutual funds. Avoid fund overlaps.

Everyone is asking which stock to buy. The better question is which basket to buy. Here are the 5 ETFs we’re backing at Wealth Atlas this May 🧵

Please keep my cousin Mugo wa Kinoo in your prayers.
If you know a doctor also who can help me please DM urgently.
He is currently admitted at Kenyatta National Hospital.
The doctors say a wire upstairs got disconnected.
They are not sure which one but something is definitely off.
Last Tuesday Mugo met a woman in Kinoo.
A stunning woman.
The kind of stunning that makes a man from Kingeero forget everything his mother ever taught him about going to strange houses.
Mugo went to her house.
They had a looooooooooong night.
A very long successful night.
The kind of night that makes a man feel like he has won something significant.
Then at 3am lying there in the peaceful silence of a man who has achieved something, his eyes drifted to the bedside table.
There was a framed photo.
Of a man.
A very large man with a jawline and broad shoulders and the general energy of someone Mugo did not want to meet.
His heart left his body immediately.
"Is that your husband?" he whispered.
"No silly."
"Boyfriend?"
"Not at all" she said, nibbling his ear.
"Dad? Brother? Uncle? Anyone I should be aware of before sunrise?"
"No no no you're so hot when you're jealous!"
Mugo gathered all remaining courage and demanded:
"Then WHO is that man??"
She leaned close and whispered:
"That's me."
"Before the surgery."
Mugo is currently in Ward 4B.
The doctors are describing his condition as a system shock of unknown origin.
His eyes are open but he is not seeing this world.
He keeps asking the nurse one question repeatedly.
Nobody knows what the question means.
We are trusting God.

@Ogogeo @KenyanSays So, do you mean that anything can be turned into the 'Body of Christ' even an apple 🍏🍏
English

@KenyanSays I was going to ask the difference here and the sharing of “blood” in the Catholic church, then I realized that religiom is really opium of the masses. The more acceptable the opium, the better, but all opium is opium.
English

@nexon_tweets Who else finds this gross because I do, and can't watch without fringing 😞

@eezharhh Choose none, no man should force you to take care of his responsibilities

Maitiest Owour is very good at hyping his theatrics, he makes the cripples jump up with anticipation, on the other side, his bishops on different mics keep announcing imaginary miracles have happened. In the confusion, the crutches and walking aids of different cripples are taken away and the cripples are made to sit in chairs arranged in the podium.
He makes sure that those people stay seated until he is gone, the meeting is over and the cameras are off. That is when the families later realize how they were duped in helping an actor perfect his skit for free. Viwete wanarudi mtaa wakitembea kama Ole-Sankok.
The crutches are taken to their church store in Nakuru for refurbishing before being sold to other cripples in a shop owned by one of the Bishops in town. MAITIEST Owuor is a sharp boy who's in the religion forex. Chesaa!!

@zablonorina1 First of all, eating Ugali at night is a no no no, that is what is increasing the sugar levels
English

I paid him a visit to understand his meals.
He has Type 2 diabetes and a visible belly.
Morning:
2 huge sweet potatoes, 3 slices brown bread, white tea (no sugar)
Tea break:
Milk, 2 digestive biscuits, carrots & cucumber
Lunch:
Beans, brown rice, vegetable salad
Supper:
Fish, ugali ya kusaga, fruit salad
On paper, this looks very healthy kwanza he doesn’t even take sugar.
But his sugars are out of control.
Here’s the uncomfortable truth:
He is eating clean but feeding his diabetes ALL day.
Too many carbs.
Too frequent meals.
No real break for insulin to come down.
What advice would you give him?
Let’s hear it.
English

@MissKwegah1 Try intermittent fasting, it is sustainable, you can have two meals per day, breakfast at 11am, no wheat, milk and sugar, eat lots of eggs and veggies, then have a late lunch at 4pm, skip dinner, you can have an apple for dinner 😊 then work out for an hour, 4 times a week
English

@Bish311437 @georgediano Home workouts are the best, plus you can buy Gymn equipment slowly at home, if you can't afford it, you can use your body as the weight and still exercise without straining😊
English

@georgediano Gym craze.Gym is not sustainable in the long term from a health/fit perspective.Let them walk 6k steps a day. They'll be amazed at how sustainable, effective and cheap walking is. Gym is classism and therefore the craze.Once you don't go for gym in 10 days your body caves back in

In her 40s, Lilian Muli still hits the gym like a prime baddie. One thing I like about millennials is that they age well,, shida ni hapo kwa mileage tu. But kusema ukweli, some Gen Zs hit their mid 20s looking a bit worn out. A good number don’t look their age, though lifestyle plays a big role.
Our generation as millennials had its own wild moments back in campus days too, but not like this kids of 2000. It's a generation that started engaging in horizontal engineering as early as 14 years. Majority of us millennials got access to Kilgoris riparian land in our earlier days in campus.
Gen Z starts indulging in sekete at a very tender age. These young demons can do things to you until you ask yourself if you know anything concerning sex. That's why they end up aging early, they engage in horizontal engineering as they take all sorts of drugs.
Reason why most millennials like Lilian Muli look younger than their daughters. Did you guys see her yesterday in that red dress on Prime News. She looked amazing. Kao ladies don't do anything near ageing. Money is also good.
