I fully agree with @jasonfried's take on this. It's difficult for a CEO or former CEO of #InVision to fully admit the reasons as it implies criticism of self and a leadership team, but when a company goes under, it's almost always 100% responsible for its own demise. #SaaS #B2B

I don't know the whole story, obviously, but if Invision built a company that couldn't handle a competitor, or costs, or a different financial environment, or their VC's expectations, then that's on Invision, not on Figma. Figma is outstanding software, but I'd give Invision the credit for sinking their own ship — most failures are internal. Again, hate to see it happen to anyone, there's no celebration here.
