Today I$rael tried to kill me in a targeted airstrike in southern Lebanon as I was reporting on was the targeting of bridges and the forced displacement of 1 million people, an ethnic cleansing operation on a larger scale than the Nakba I have absolutely no doubt that this was deliberate. Despite claims there were no warnings ahead of the strike and no notifications sent to the Lebanese Army who allowed us to film As we have seen in Gaza they want to silence journalists who document and report their war crimes It is the western powers who provide political and military support for I$rael, arming it to the teeth to carry out genocide in Gaza and ethnic cleansing here in Lebanon. They are not simply complicit, but active participants and should be held accountable for their actions. But if I$rael thinks today’s strike will silence us and keep us out of the field they are very, very mistaken

That's not the stat that started all this & you know it. Bruno Fernandes recorded 100+ goals AND 100+ assists for Manchester United in 318 appearances. Leo Messi? 319 for Barcelona. Cristiano Ronaldo? 325 for Madrid. Kevin de Bruyne for City? 372. Sit down. Be quiet.

Nigeria is no longer “hope-based”… it’s becoming data-driven. At The Africa Capital Forum, London, global investors asked one thing: “Can we trust Nigeria again?” And this time… Nigeria answered with numbers.

National Agricultural Development Fund
NADF Co-Hosts Nigeria-UK Forum on Climate-Resilient Agriculture During Tinubu Visit The National Agricultural Development Fund (NADF) joined other key institutions in London for a high-level partnership forum on financing climate-resilient agriculture, held alongside President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s state visit to the United Kingdom. The forum was convened by National Agricultural Development Fund, the Bank of Agriculture, the Nigerian Agricultural Land Development Authority, and the National Council on Climate Change in partnership with the African Business Roundtable,.bringing together policymakers, investors and development partners to explore financing options for Nigeria’s agricultural sector. Executive Secretary of NADF, Mohammed Ibrahim, delivered the Opening Remarks and also featured as a panelist, where he spoke on the need to scale innovative financing and de-risk investment across agricultural value chains. He noted that improving access to structured finance remains critical to building resilience and raising productivity. Discussions at the forum focused on closing the financing gap for climate-smart agriculture, expanding investment in technology and market access, and developing practical financing models that can attract private capital. For NADF, the engagement provided an avenue to deepen partnerships and present ongoing efforts to support agricultural transformation.

Nigeria and the UK have signed 3 major MoUs covering migration partnership, organised immigration crime & border security, and expanded business visas for UK firms operating in Nigeria. Interior Minister Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo said the agreements reflect Nigeria’s push for a transparent, rules-based migration system that is safe, orderly and mutually beneficial, while tackling abuse of legal pathways and strengthening border control. He noted the deals will boost trade, ease mobility for businesses, and support Nigeria’s drive toward a trillion-dollar economy under Bola Ahmed Tinubu, removing barriers linked to irregular migration. UK Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood described Nigeria as a leading bilateral partner with a shared vision for deeper cooperation, while Trade Envoy Florence Eshalomi said expanded visas will unlock economic growth opportunities for both countries. @UKinNigeria

Dear British Muslims, Tomorrow is Eid. Research shows Ramadan spending boosts the economy by £1.3bn, on top of an annual contribution of £70bn. I'm sure you want to celebrate - but spend too much, grow the economy a little too fast, and it might be seen as "dominating" 😳😬

Between me and you, the British Monarchy benefits more from this State Visit of President Tinubu. Because their own PR and coverage gan is more than our own. And given the shege their eyes have seen since Andrew, it’s understandable. Only Nigeria can move the dial like this.
