No one’s making the latter argument; housing prices are primarily determined by justifiable rents (like any other asset), more renters=more demand regardless.

@bilbosfootcomb We wouldn't have as many mouths to feed and younger people would actually be able to by houses. Companies would be forced to hire white people again instead of laying them off and replacing them with third world invaders.
