Can people please take a moment to learn when to say “name and I” and “me and name”
“Jill and I went to the shop” ✅
“Join Jill and I for a walk later later” ❌
Very annoying
thanks for your attention to this matter.
Okay question for the LDS guys, how come when you go to church you wear the scoop neck garments that you can see right through the white shirt, but then day-to-day you wear the crew neck ones and they’re poking through the top of the collar?? This seems like an easy fix
@jasonwhitlock It’s for Black leadership to fix. Whites can’t do it because criticizing will even highlighting. These issues is announced as “racist!“ We need a new generation of black leadership, not tied to the 1960s, who can address problems actually faced by the black community.
What percentage of American blacks have simply given up? Our racial tribalism forbids us from speaking against the obvious dysfunction. Our longterm play seems to be supporting the skin-color revolution and turning America into a third-world country filled with fatherless families. Knowing what we inherited from the sacrifice of black/white generations of Americans before us, I don't know how any of us can sleep with what we're leaving for the generations behind us. This is a tragedy of biblical proportions. I pray that God takes mercy on all of us.
@patriot_mama_TX@DataRepublican@mormonweg I think your first clue is that they are using the term 'Mormon' to refer to themselves. Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Days Saints do not refer to themselves by that name.
Aren’t most of the women in this group not even Mormon? As far as I know, the Mormon Church doesn’t generally get involved in government or politics - at least not publicly. They don’t discuss it in church meetings and they don’t tell their congregations what to believe or how to vote.
Mormon Women for Ethical Government (@mormonweg) is quite upset that I dedicated a presentation to them to a Utahn Republican Women's group. They called it "absolutely false."
I don't know what they are alleging is false, like Bill Kristol is among their biggest donors (as @labtechleigh found), or that their co-executive director Jen Thomas represents MWEG in a meeting series as part of a fractal ecosystem to transform America's governance.
But in the spirit of last year's thread on @CODEPINK , I will do a 100% factual, zero opinion, receipt-based thread on MWEG to clear the air. As MWEG said - "be kind, but be direct."
💕💕💕💕
Amazes me that 55 years of attending mass & still "lessons" re Gospels that I've never heard conveyed before. Today, priest aptly pointed out Eve's fall followed her engaging w/ devil. Had she not conversed w/ Satan, she would not have reached point of disobeying God.
WHO are YOU praying TO, Mr Beck?

### 1. Different View of Godhead
Mormonism teaches a different concept of the Godhead, proposing that Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are three separate Gods. This contrasts with the biblical doctrine of the Trinity, where the three persons are one God.
### 2. Jesus' Divine Nature
In Mormon doctrine, Jesus is considered a created being who achieved godhood, contradicting the biblical teaching that Jesus is eternally God, uncreated (John 1:1).
### 3. Jesus' Atonement
Mormonism teaches that Jesus' atonement took place in the Garden of Gethsemane, not solely on the cross. This diverges from biblical accounts focusing on Jesus' crucifixion as the moment of atonement (1 Peter 2:24).
### 4. Additional Scriptures
Mormonism includes other scriptures like the Book of Mormon, contradicting the biblical teaching that Scripture is the final and complete revelation of God (Revelation 22:18-19).
### 5. Role of Works
Mormon doctrine emphasizes works as essential for salvation, in contrast to the biblical doctrine of salvation by grace through faith alone (Ephesians 2:8-9).
### 6. Pre-existence of Souls
Mormonism holds that human souls existed before their earthly lives, which is not supported by the Bible.
### 7. God's Nature
Mormonism teaches that God was once a man who achieved godhood. This directly contradicts biblical teachings that God is eternally God (Isaiah 43:10).
### 8. Jesus and Satan as Brothers
Mormon doctrine suggests that Jesus and Satan are spiritual brothers, in direct contradiction to biblical teachings which set Jesus far above all created beings (Colossians 1:16-17).
### 9. Multiple Heavens
Mormonism proposes different levels of heaven, which doesn't align with biblical teachings about heaven and hell as the only two eternal destinies (Matthew 25:46).
### 10. Rejecting Historic Creeds
Mormonism rejects historic Christian creeds, which are based on biblical doctrines including the deity of Christ, in favor of their own set of beliefs.
These points demonstrate that Mormon doctrines on Jesus Christ and other theological matters differ significantly from traditional Christian teachings as found in the Bible.
Pray for healing and a miracle. Getting word that #charliekirk has been stabilized. I pray it is true. If it is THAT IS A SECOND MIRACLE. 1. Trump. 2. Kirk. The hospital is taking blood now. Our God is a God of Miracles. In Jesus name.
Well before this feed took off, this math problem went viral on a Friday night. So, posting it again!
No cheating. Here's a simple math test for you.
A traveler must make a 60-mile round trip between two towns, Aliceville and Bobtown. The distance each way is 30 miles. Going from Aliceville to Bobtown, the traveler drives at exactly 30 miles per hour. By the time they reach Bobtown, they decide they want to average 60 miles per hour for the entire 60-mile journey.
Question: How fast must they drive on the return trip from Bobtown to Aliceville to achieve an overall average of 60 mph?
I would do a poll, but want to make sure the people responding are actual users/Americans:
Do you agree with Elon Musk creating the America Party?

The Big Beautiful Bill kicks 1.4 MILLION illegal immigrants off Medicaid.
For too long, Americans have been paying for the welfare of people who shouldn't even be in our country.
Today, the Senate voted to end that.
And yes—this DID make it into the final draft of the bill. 🧵
The absurd attacks on Casey Means reveal just how far off course our healthcare conversations have veered, and how badly entrenched interests--including Big Food and its industry-funded social media gurus--are terrified of change.
Casey has excelled in every endeavor she has undertaken. She was President of her Stanford undergrad class, was a standout at Stanford Medical School, and was a top performer in surgical residency. She had the courage to leave traditional medicine because she realized her patients weren’t getting better.
The attacks that Casey is unqualified because she left the medical system completely miss the point of what we are trying to accomplish with MAHA. Casey is the perfect choice for Surgeon General precisely because she left the traditional medical system--not in spite of it. Her leadership has inspired many doctors to reform the system and forge a new path away from sick care, which fills corporate coffers, and toward health care, which enriches all of us.
After leaving traditional medicine, Casey started a company and wrote a New York Times best-selling book that empowered patients and helped launch the MAHA movement. This ability of Casey’s to inspire Americans to rethink our healthcare system is also an existential threat to the status quo interests, which profit from sickness.
The goal of MAHA is to reform the largest and most powerful industry in the United States. I have little doubt that these companies and their conflicted media outlets will continue to pay bloggers and other social media influencers to weaponize innuendo to slander and vilify Casey, the same way they try to defame me and President Trump.
But it will not work. Every day, I wake up emboldened to drive change because I know the support of MAHA moms has my back. Casey has played an integral role in galvanizing these moms.
Casey articulates better than any American the North Star of a country where we have eliminated diabetes, heart disease, and obesity through prioritizing metabolic health. Casey will help me ensure American children will be less medicated and better fed--and significantly healthier--during the next four years. She will be the best Surgeon General in American history.
