@British_Airways Hi Natalie. That is precisely the point. I have not received any email or communication from BA regarding my lost luggage. The App shows searching for baggage after 5 days. The call centre says wait for 72 hours then another 48 hours. Lost baggage claim can be filed after 21 days

I have never had such an experience with any other airline traveling on just one sector. Thanks @British_Airways for adding all the Avios which may be of no use as I will never travel BA again

On the return leg , entertainment screen stopped working and BA added another 15000 Avios. At destination out of 4 checked in bags one went missing and there is no update after 72 hours

@British_Airways I traveled BA the first time on Delhi-London-New York and return on Business class for the first time with great expectations. On the outward journey the seat stopped reclining. BA regretted and added 40,000 Avios
