vETH LoopStake is now live. This new feature allows users to increase their ETH staking yield with a single click, simplifying what would normally be a complex leveraged staking strategy. Here’s how leveraged staking works on Bifrost ⬇️ LoopStake automatically loops your vETH position through a structured process: you supply vETH as collateral, borrow ETH against it, convert the borrowed ETH back into vETH, and repeat the cycle. The entire sequence is executed atomically using Flash Loans within a single transaction, meaning the full loop is completed instantly without requiring multiple manual steps. Example: Suppose you start with 1 vETH, currently valued at about 1.1434 ETH. 🔹You first collateralize the 1 vETH to borrow approximately 0.858 ETH at around 75% loan-to-value (LTV). 🔹The borrowed 0.858 ETH is then converted into roughly 0.75 vETH. 🔹That 0.75 vETH is again used as collateral, allowing you to borrow about 0.643 ETH, which can be minted back into vETH. This looping process continues to increase your effective staking exposure. With Bifrost LoopStake, all of these steps are handled automatically, removing the need for manual execution and making leveraged staking significantly easier to access. At current rates, this strategy can increase ETH staking APY to approximately 7.28%. Another important aspect of the design is risk control. Because vETH LoopStake only supports vETH ↔ ETH pairs, the collateral and borrowed assets remain closely aligned in value. This reduces price mismatch between collateral and debt, which helps keep liquidation risk significantly lower compared to many traditional leveraged positions. vETH 3.0 introduced omnichain ETH staking. Wow! This is the first time I am seeing the full clip from the event where the NSA, Nuhu Ribadu made that statement about ‘Bandits being our brothers’. Agenda true true na orphan. Do people actually believe Nuhu Ribadu supports bandits, or are we just pretending not to understand context because outrage trends better? He clearly was referencing Kinetic and non-kinetic approach to terrorism which many, including experts have suggested. I don't agree with it, but they are the experts and if that guarantees the end to this menace, I have nothing against it. Bandits are not anybody’s brothers, and what they deserve is d3ath and I believe, Ribadu understands that very well. Criticizing the wording is fair. But saying Nuhu Ribadu sympathizes with bandits? That’s where the argument stops making sense. It is quite unfortunate that the NSA is being judged by that slip rather than the efforts his office has made in neutralizing bandits. The NSA must not view the criticism of his office in bad faith. It is part of the job. At least, those who know his antecedents in public service can attest to his integrity and strong leadership character. As someone who keeps tabs on the efforts being made by our troops in the frontline, it is imperative that the NSA, service chiefs and other heads of agencies rally around our troops in their efforts to defend the country’s sovereignty and defeat the murderous terrorists. Regardless of our political affiliations, we need to rally around our troops in making sure that these monsters are defeated. We must, as a nation, have zero tolerance for terrorists and their activities. Every head of a security agency must take responsibility and play their part decisively in ensuring that Nigerians at all levels are protected.
