So we have a similar "dual-mode" time structure in TES, but similarities feel unintentional, to me. I think later writers, particularly in ESO, could be aware of Zoroastrian Aka, & may have nodded at it, but that wasn't how it started. Thanks for a fantastic review of Creation!

The pre-Aka time is what the pre-kalpa time from the Aurbis is. Kalpa is taken directly from Hinduism/Buddhism here. There is a form of time created when Akatosh is made before the creation of Mundus, but it's not clear how this is different from Anu/Padomay's "time began" (7/?)

@HistoryofPersia Just listened to your Creation review episode with Swords, Sorcery & Socialism, and wanted to clarify a few things around your mention of Aka as possibly stolen from Zoroastrianism. (1/?)

Were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of our friend Terry Robinson. Our hearts go out to his family and friends. His rigorous mind combined with his sense of play meant that conversations with him-from an interview to a casual stroll around the PAX convention hall-were 1/3

So excited to finally share @TalesofTamriel is now a part of the new @TESOnline Creator Program! ZOS always worked with us but having the program expand to podcasts and other creators and having Tales included officially is a whole different feeling 🧡

@Camelworks Well... Ian only started to be used for the country from 1935. Persia was used in some official correspondence for Iran up to the 1950s, so that one's possibly more excusable

I’m so sick of people saying they are “Asyrian”. Bruh that empire ended BEFORE the Roman Empire. Just say what country you are from. Also “Persians” get with program. Don’t hear mfs saying they are Ottoman. Where are my Summerians at? Akkadians? Mesopotamians?

@JeremyClarkson It feels like that's the model that's keeping Diddly Squat roughly above water more than anything else. Is there mileage in developing "business frameworks" or "pathways" or something that help farmers make more of their produce sell directly? Yes, farm shops are a thing (2/?)
